Pack Securely
Place the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned device at our service center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
